A well styled console or chest can be that “FIRST IMPRESSION” in your entry.

BACKDROP
Display a favorite piece of art or mirror in the center. If it is a mirror, you can place a piece of art on one side. Using a mirror will open up the space, and the art will give a punch of color you need.

SYMMETRY
Add symmetry and height with a stunning lamp and large pieces like florals or decorative items to balance.

PERSONALITY AND COLOR
Then add a stack of table books and frames with your family photos. Always remember to add your personal touch and never “overcrowd your tabletop.” The old rule of “Less is More” holds true.
