Rita has been an integral part of IBB’s Visual Merchandising Team since 2020, with eight years of experience in the home design industry. Having served in a myriad of roles and capacities, Rita loves the role of the visual merchandiser most, describing it as the person behind the magic. Using her design skills, she spends her days transforming the IBB showroom floor, creating a beautiful and positive ambience that inspires customers and her fellow designers. In an industry where beauty reigns and appearances matter, Rita believes it is important to not get caught up in the nonsense and stay true to yourself in life, love and interior design.
When she’s not making design magic happen at IBB, Rita is an avid reality TV watcher and loves spending time with her husband and two rescue dogs.
